Before becoming a mom, I never thought twice about scheduling time for myself — haircuts, mani-pedis, and monthly facials were just part of my routine. But after having my first baby, everything shifted. Between caring for my son, working, and keeping up with home life, those small self-care moments slowly disappeared.

When my son turned two, I finally booked a facial again. As I settled into that quiet room, my esthetician mentioned it had been a long time since my last visit — and she was right. Lying there, with my eyes closed and soft music playing, I realized just how long it had been since I truly paused.

That hour reminded me how much I’d missed the feeling of slowing down, breathing deeply, and simply being still. Self-care isn’t selfish — it’s how we reconnect with ourselves in the middle of everything life asks of us.

It doesn’t have to be fancy. It just has to be intentional.

So here’s your gentle reminder: make time for you. Whether it’s five minutes with your skincare routine, a walk outside, or a quiet cup of coffee — you deserve moments that refill your energy and bring you back to yourself. 💛
